This is a wonderful old kantha blanket. This is an old Indian bleached finely stitched Kantha quilt. It has a white side with embroidery and a just beautiful patterned checked side. These blankets are made using layers of cottons which wear beautifully with age. It in good vintage condition, however this is a vintage item and there is wear to the fabric which is part of the charm. This one has some marks to the white side and some recent patching. It measures approx 69” by 55”
